Fares change until ticketing. Your quote shows the fare and conditions at the time we checked. Seats are only secured once you accept, pay and the ticket is issued.

  4. Booked and ticketed

    Once you accept and pay, the booking is made and you receive your e-ticket and airline booking reference.

Questions we often get

Is the price on my quote guaranteed?
No airfare is guaranteed until the ticket is issued. Airlines change fares and seat availability constantly, so each quote states how long it is valid. If the fare moves before you pay, we tell you before anything is booked.
Can you find cheaper flights than I see online?
Sometimes, sometimes not. What we can do is compare routings, baggage rules and change conditions so you know what you're actually paying for, and we stay on hand if the airline changes your schedule.
Do you charge a service fee?
Any agency service fee is shown as its own line on your quotation, separate from the airline fare, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Can you book multi-city or open-jaw trips?
Yes. Choose "Multi-city" on the form and describe the route in the message box, for example Johannesburg → London → Paris → Johannesburg.
What do you need to issue a ticket?
Each traveller’s full name exactly as it appears in their passport (or ID for domestic flights), date of birth, and for international travel, passport details. We ask for these only once you accept a quote.
