Questions we often get

Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No. Nobody except the issuing authority can. We help you understand the requirements, prepare your documents and book appointments, but the decision belongs to the embassy, consulate or immigration authority.
Do you issue travel insurance?
We are not an insurer. We can obtain quotes from licensed insurance providers and explain the options. The policy, its cover, exclusions and claims are between you and the insurer, and you should read the policy wording before buying.
How long do visas take?
Processing times vary widely by country, season and visa type, from days to several weeks. Contact us as early as possible, ideally before booking non-refundable flights.
Will you need copies of my documents?
Only if you ask us to help prepare an application, and only the documents that application requires. We handle them confidentially and do not keep them longer than necessary. See our privacy notice.
