1. Who we are

Wander Travel Agency (Pty) Ltd (registration 2024/188994/07) is a travel agency based in Pretoria, South Africa. We arrange travel services provided by third-party suppliers such as airlines, accommodation providers, car-hire companies, transport operators, cruise lines and insurers.

2. Enquiries and quotations

• Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or any obligation for you or us.
• Quotations are based on supplier rates and availability at the time of quoting and are valid until the expiry date shown.
• Prices and availability are not guaranteed until payment is received and the supplier confirms the booking.
• Sample itineraries on this website illustrate possible trips. They are not offers at a fixed price.

3. Acceptance and payment

• You accept a quotation by confirming in writing and paying the amount and by the deadline shown.
• Payments are treated as received only once funds have cleared in our account.
• Any agency service fee is shown separately on your quotation. [Confirm whether and when service fees are refundable.]

4. Supplier terms

Each supplier's own terms (including fare rules, cancellation penalties, baggage rules and check-in requirements) form part of your booking. We will share the key conditions with your quotation and confirmation.

5. Your responsibilities

• Make sure traveller names match passports or IDs exactly, and check documents we send you.
• Hold valid passports, visas, health certificates and other documents required for your trip. We can guide you, but entry decisions rest with the authorities.
• Arrive on time for check-in and departures.

7. Our responsibility

We take reasonable care in arranging your travel. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent suppliers, or for events outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law. [Attorney to review liability wording against the Consumer Protection Act.]
