Booking process
How enquiries and bookings work
We don't run an instant online booking engine. Every trip is checked and quoted by a consultant. Here is exactly what happens, so you know where you stand at each step.
1. You send an enquiry
Use a form on this website, WhatsApp, phone or email. Web enquiries receive a reference number like WTA-261027-AB3K immediately. An enquiry is not a booking and doesn't hold any seats or rooms.
2. We check options and prepare a quotation
We may contact you to clarify dates, names or preferences. Then we check availability and rates with airlines, hotels and other suppliers and send you a written quotation showing:
- Your enquiry reference and the quote date and expiry date
- Each item quoted, and the total price
- Any agency service fee, shown separately
- What is included and what is not
- Payment instructions and deadlines
- The cancellation and change conditions that apply
Prices can change until confirmed. Airfares, room rates and availability are set by suppliers and can change at any time until your booking is paid and confirmed by them. If anything changes before you pay, we tell you before booking.
3. You accept the quote
Reply in writing (email or WhatsApp) to accept. If you'd like changes, we revise the quote.
4. You pay
Pay using the method on your quotation. We will never ask for card details by email, WhatsApp or website form. A payment is treated as received only once the funds have reflected in our account; a proof-of-payment screenshot alone is not enough.
5. We book and the supplier confirms
We place the booking with each supplier. Your trip is confirmed once each supplier has confirmed in writing, for example an airline ticket number or a hotel confirmation number. We send you these documents.
6. We support you through your trip
Keep your reference handy. If plans change or something goes wrong, WhatsApp +27 84 976 2719 or call +27 81 385 9694.
